Rules and Regulations

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for all guests at Maple Roots Villa, we have established the following rules and regulations. By proceeding with your booking, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

General Guidelines

• ✓ Check-in Time: 2:00 PM | Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
• ✓ Maximum Occupancy: The villa accommodates up to 8-20 guests. Additional guests require prior approval.
• ✓ Valid ID Required: All guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
• ✓ Age Policy: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
• ✓ Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.

Property Usage & Safety

• ✓ Pool Safety: Use the pool at your own risk. Children must be supervised by adults at all times. No glass containers near the pool area.
• ✓ Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa, furniture, or amenities. Damage charges will apply.
• ✓ Noise Policy: Please respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially after 10:00 PM.
• ✓ Security: Keep the villa locked when not in use. Do not share access codes with unauthorized persons.
• ✓ Parking: Vehicles should be parked in designated areas only. Park at your own risk.

Kitchen & Dining

• ✓ Kitchen Usage: The kitchen is fully equipped. Please clean up after use and dispose of waste properly.
• ✓ Food Storage: Store food items in designated areas. Dispose of expired or leftover food before check-out.
• ✓ Cooking: Follow safety guidelines while cooking. Ensure all appliances are turned off after use.
• ✓ Dining Areas: Keep dining areas clean and organized. Report any issues with kitchen equipment immediately.

Events & Celebrations

• ✓ Events: Parties and events require prior approval and may be subject to additional charges.
• ✓ Guest Limits: Event guest count must be approved in advance. Exceeding limits may result in additional fees.
• ✓ Decoration: Decorations must not damage walls or property. Use only removable, non-damaging materials.
• ✓ Music & Entertainment: Keep music volume reasonable and respect noise restrictions.
• ✓ Cleanup: Event organizers are responsible for cleanup. Additional cleaning charges apply if excessive cleanup is required.

Pets Policy

• ✓ Pet Approval: Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Additional charges of ₹5000 may apply.
• ✓ Pet Responsibility: Pet owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damage caused.
• ✓ Pool Area: Pets are not allowed in the pool area for hygiene and safety reasons.
• ✓ Cleanup: Pet owners must clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors.

Prohibited Activities

• ✗ Illegal activities of any kind
• ✗ Commercial photography or videography without permission
• ✗ Subletting or unauthorized guests
• ✗ Fireworks or open fires (except designated bonfire areas)
• ✗ Tampering with security systems or cameras
• ✗ Use of villa for business purposes without authorization

Liability & Insurance

• ✓ Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and safety.
• ✓ Liability: Maple Roots Villa is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to guest property.
• ✓ Insurance: Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.

Payment & Cancellation

• ✓ Payment Terms: As per the booking confirmation and cancellation policy.
• ✓ Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after inspection.
• ✓ Additional Charges: Extra services, damages, or violations may result in additional charges.
